All vehicle rentals are subject to availability, operational approval, verification requirements, and the Terms & Conditions of Frank Rental Solutions.
Unauthorized reproduction, misuse, copying, fraudulent reservations, or unauthorized use of this website, its branding, images, booking system, or business materials may result in refusal of service and/or legal action where applicable.

FRANK RENTAL SOLUTIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Frank Rental Solutions. By reserving or operating a vehicle through our website, phone reservation system, WhatsApp, or in-person service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the legal driving requirements of Saint Lucia. Drivers must provide accurate identification and booking information before vehicle handover. -
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
Reservations may require a deposit or full payment depending on the selected booking option. Online reservations are subject to vehicle availability confirmation.
Frank Rental Solutions reserves the right to cancel or decline reservations where payment is incomplete, fraudulent, or where required documentation is not provided.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
A refundable security deposit may be required prior to vehicle release. The amount may vary depending on vehicle type, rental duration, and insurance requirements. -
RENTAL PERIOD
Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour blocks based on the confirmed pickup and return times. A minimum rental period of two (2) days may apply to selected vehicles.
Late returns beyond the agreed return time may result in additional charges.

VEHICLE USE
Vehicles must not be:

Driven by unauthorized drivers

Used for illegal activities

Operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Used for racing, towing, or off-road misuse unless approved
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, damages, and misuse occurring during the rental period.

DAMAGES & ACCIDENTS
Any accident, theft, loss, or damage must be reported immediately. Renters may be held financially responsible for damages not covered by insurance or resulting from negligence or violation of rental terms. -
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund policies are outlined separately within our Refund Policy page. Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the cancellation timing and reservation status. -
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
Vehicle availability displayed online is subject to confirmation and may change due to maintenance, prior reservations, emergencies, or operational requirements.
Frank Rental Solutions reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle category where necessary.

WEBSITE & PAYMENT SYSTEM
Frank Rental Solutions is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, payment gateway downtime, internet failures, or technical issues beyond reasonable control. -
PRIVACY
Customer information submitted through reservations, forms, or payments is handled according to our Privacy Policy. -
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Frank Rental Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from vehicle rental usage, booking interruptions, delays, or customer negligence. -
MODIFICATIONS
Frank Rental Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. -
